What Is T-21?

 
T-21
(T-21.com)  is an Internet Domain name held by OmniPro, a  USA-based,  multi-disciplinary outsourcing company, with Associates in the U.S.A. - providing outsourcing Tools and Services for organizations of any size and at any location.
 

"T" stands for "Team".
Our  organization  is by "Matrix Teams."

 

"21" stands for the "21st Century".
Because the beginning of the 21st Century approximately coincides with the widespread use of this efficient new way of doing business.

What Is A "Matrix Organization?"

 
A Matrix Organization, like T-21, performs work by blending the efforts of many diversely talented people on one customer task or project - allowing our customers to get just:  WHAT Skills they need,  WHEN they need them.

Professionals with different skills are organized into Teams - to accomplish work.  This precise blending of skills saves money for our customers - who only pay for specifically what they need and no more.   It's the ultimate in Flexibility and Cost-Effectiveness.
 

Description.   All T-21 work is planned and controlled by our Work Matrix computer program.  The program's concept is summed-up as a Grid1.   This conceptual Grid lists:

   (1)  T-21 Associates and their Skills Aligned Across its TOP
 
   (2)  Customer Jobs and Required Skills Listed Down the SIDE.

The Process:  Where Associates' Skills intersect with Job Requirements, a potential 'match' occurs.   Associates' workload is then balanced with job time requirements.   When completed, an ongoing Control Matrix is created, describing how each job is being accomplished and by whom.

What Is "Outsourcing?"

 

Outsourcing occurs when one organization hires another to perform work for them (often an internal support service or supplying a component).   Following is a brief overview of the history of Outsourcing:
 

Distant Past.

100+ years ago, large companies did all work internally (from processing raw materials to assembly).   As time progressed, they recognized that this detracted from their primary Core work / output.

It was more efficient to 'outsource' support work, because their outsourcers provided specific products on a specific date at a specific cost - eliminating hiring, staffing, scheduling, and cost overruns.

 
Recent Past.

Does T-21 Use Foreign Labor?

 

No.   T-21 is 100% USA-based.   There are four main reasons why we don't use foreign labor in our Outsourcing: 

#1.  Foreign Outsourcing Often Causes Misunderstandings and Problems.   T-21 has years of experience with Outsourcing and has observed that differences in cultures, customs, and language nuances can cause costly waste, delays, and frustration.   Many End-Users Have Not Been Satisfied With It.
 
#2.  Actual Savings  from Foreign Outsourcing Often Does Not Meet Expectations.   When all costs are accounted for, they can far exceed budget and can cause a great deal of frustration in the Client Organization.
 
#3.  T-21 Has a Primary Responsibility to USA Companies and Its People.   They are our main sources of our revenue and staffing.

Every situation is different.
