What Do We Charge for Our Services?

 
 T-21 Never Hides Prices - as you'll see, when browsing our Web Site.   The cost of any job depends on the amount of work and the mix of services and talents involved (Graphic Artists cost more than Typists, for example).

Always remember:

(1)  Before you commit to anything, you can have a Guaranteed Rate on any proposed work from T-21.
 
(2)  At T-21, there is never any pressure to start any job.

How Does T-21  Bill for Work?

 
In 1999, T-21 instituted the same billing method that you use when you make any Mail Order or Online purchase:  Pay on Order.    Before implementing this policy, we noted that the cost of operating an Accounts Receivable system forced higher rates on everyone.   Changing to the current method has allowed us to lower our rates, so services cost you even less.
 

How T-21's System Works:

Once you approve T-21 work, we accept a short-term retaining payment by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Check  [credit cards are always recommended, whenever possible, for your protection].   This payment will satisfy the full cost of a short-term, flat-rate quoted job or the initial stage of a longer-term, flat rate job.

For hourly work, we estimate the time to be spent in a short period and charge against the received retaining payment, in accordance with the Guaranteed Rate Quote you will receive.   If there is a remaining balance at completion, you can leave the balance for new work or receive a prompt refund.

  
 Advantages for You and for T-21:

It Saves You Money.

This payment system reduces paperwork and overhead (keeping your costs low), yet provides a durable record of transactions.   Its simplicity can also reduce your overhead burden, as well.   It has allowed us to decrease our rates (over 11% since we started the program) - saving you money.
 

 

It Protects You.

We recommend that our customers use Credit Cards for small to medium-sized jobs;  transfers or checks may be more convenient for larger programs.

Why Credit Cards?   We recommend them for all online / mail-order transactions because of their inherent security for you, the cardholder.   Most credit cards are fraud-protected and appeals can be made through the issuing bank for products or services not received, without costly legal proceedings  (yet you still retain the right to pursue legal proceedings if needed).   It's super-safe for you.

With Credit Cards, you have a third party (the bank) who intervenes (without cost to you) if there is a dispute.   If there is ever any dishonest activity, the credit card issuer can reverse the charge to you and there's little that the vendor can do about it.   Further, while a disputed charge is in "Contest" (a period while the Bank considers the matter), you don't have to pay the charge or interest on it.    This protects you and saves you money.
 

 

It Buys You Time.

Another benefit of using credit cards is that, after you make a charge, you usually have a grace period (with zero interest charges) to produce the actual cash to pay the bill.   And when you need a service or product now and don't have the cash, credit cards are an option for very short-term financing, to bridge small cash flow gaps.   It's flexible.
 

 
T-21 always strives to keep our customers happy, by honoring our commitments.   You will always be treated fairly by T-21.  We have never had any work placed in 'Contest'.   But, isn't it nice to know that you have all of this protection, anyway?

What About Confidentiality?

 
T-21 considers the Privacy of its Customers and Web Site Visitors to be of the highest priority.

T-21  will not sell or voluntarily disclose our clients' (or prospective clients') names or other information about them without their written request, instructing us to waive this provision for a particular purpose.   Only a lawful court order can override this non-disclosure provision.
