T-21 TIME BILLING SYSTEM - Description

COMPLETED  WORK  MINUTE  (CWM)  BILLING SYSTEM.

T-21 prides itself on offering the lowest professional rates in the industry for the highest quality products and services.   To save you money, T-21 pioneered a new, cost-saving method of charging for work:  CWM.

  • Use T-21 only  WHEN  needed, and only  AS LONG  as wanted.
  • T-21 tracks time to the Single Minute - not Time Blocks.
  • We Do Not charge for elapsed time during Interruptions.
  • T-21 Does Not charge for time spent correcting our Errors.

CWM.   All T-21 rates are based on our innovative Completed Work Minute schedule.   Most companies charge on Elapsed Time Blocks (10-minute, 15-minute, 30-minute, or 1-hour units, etc.).   This means that they charge you for each  Elapsed Block  of time, even if they only work a fraction of it.  Here's why others do it and why T-21 does not:

Time Blocks  Overcharge You.   If, for example, another company charges you on a 10-minute time block and their wall clock says that just one part of your job took 11-minutes, you'd be charged for 20 minutes.   So, in this case, if they billed at $60/hr. ($1/minute) - you would be billed for $20 instead of the $11 that they actually earned.

Tricky - Isn't It?

A Big Deal.   In the example above, you might say, "A $9 overcharge - Big Deal."   But, most jobs consist of many Time Blocks;  when added together, these overcharges can add-up to a considerable amount.   For instance, in the same example, let's say that there are 45 little Time Blocks in the total job.

In that case - you would pay $900 for a $495 job!   That's an overcharge of $405 for about 8 hours of work.   So, you'd have paid $109/hour!* instead of the $60 rate you thought you were getting.   The Time Block system is a Big Deal.

*($60/hr. = $1/minute.  45 job blocks taking 11-minutes each = 495 minutes actually worked.   This should have cost you $495.   But, instead, they billed you for 45 blocks of 20-minutes = 900 minutes = $900.   ($900 / 495 actual work minutes x 60 minutes in an hour = $109/hr. charged)

Now you know why many people bill on Time Blocks.

T-21  Does  NOT  Use Time Blocks.

There's more:
Many (if not most) companies do not subtract time for work interruptions or for correcting their mistakes - so you end-up footing an even more inflated bill, adding insult to injury.

T-21 charges for only the time that we actually spent on your work - down to the actual work minute.   And we stop the clock for error correction and any interruptions.

This saves you money.   No one else even comes close to T-21's efficient billing system: "T-21 Time Track".   We use CWM in billing all time-based jobs.

How  T-21 Time Track  Works.
It's simple:  When actual work on your job commences, a 'Count-Up Timer'  is clicked on the work computer.   If interrupted, Pause, then Resume is clicked, when the interruption stops.   Each Project Timer tracks multiple jobs by minutes and seconds.

You pay for only the exact amount of time it took to do your total job - with no added cost for breaks, wasted time, error corrections, or interruptions - and no large time blocks.   At job completion, our system rounds to the nearest one-minute (for the whole job).

This means that:   our system limits the maximum possible error for a total job to approximately 44¢.   Analysis of actual costing samples showed an average charge variation of only +/- 8.7¢ variation per total job (over or under).

C
OMPARATIVE COST of T-21  SERVICES.

T-21 Provides the Highest Level of Service for the Lowest Cost.   Here's how we do it:

  • CWM:   The precision of CWM saves you an amazing amount of money.   You only pay for the actual amount of time your job requires - down to the minute - no Time Blocks.

  • Basic Rates:   T-21 starts with the lowest basic rates in the industry.   We give you professional level services at rates much lower than you would pay a shop to service your car.

  • Speed and Efficiency:   Less time required for your job means savings to you.   Our Professionals are experts in their specialized fields and they are extremely efficient in their production, so they take less time than others, who are less-experienced and less-specialized.

  • No Long-Term Commitments, No Surprises:   At T-21, you owe nothing if and until you authorize work - nothing!   You get help only when you need it and for only as long as you want.   There are no surprises or hidden costs at T-21.

Think about it:  you must pay an Attorney $200 - $400 per hour (or more) or an ordinary Car Repair Service $70 - $100 per hour (or more).   Their hourly rates include the costs of payroll taxes, benefits, facilities, maintenance, equipment, supplies, etc. - but so do ours.

  • T-21's Rates Fully Include Overhead Costs and are far Lower Than Others (a fraction of an attorney's or car repair shop's rates!).

  • T-21 Services are Totally Flexible.   You can pick-and-choose WHAT you want, WHEN you want it and you can  Increase,  Decrease, or  Stop - any work at any time.   This saves you money.
