effected lawfully, only with written permission from T-21.com;
there is only a small transfer fee for re-recording ownership.

supplied with the purchase of a subscription.
Subscriptions
Transfer.
Transfer of the
balance of a subscription can be effected lawfully, only with written
permission from T-21.com; there is only a small transfer fee
for re-recording ownership. T-21.com will
monitor access records to these files to search for duplicate subscriber entries from
different computers, to detect fraudulent activity. Appropriate
action will be taken in fraudulent cases.
