Virtual Assistant Services
|
T-21's Virtual
Assistant (TVA) program gives you access to a
virtual helper for almost anything you need, whenever you need it.
It is the most inexpensive, flexible,
on demand service - anywhere. When you don't need anything - your work costs drop to zero.
On-demand
odd-job help is very
handy. The uses
of our TVA's are limited only by your imagination and needs. Our TVA's have:
located people's contact information, made
calls for many purposes, arranged
meetings, scheduled appointments, planned parties, tracked events, and almost any
other legal activity you can imagine.
Following are two examples:
PAPER
PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING FIRM.
|
Problem.
The Sales Manager of a manufacturing company told his
T-21 Team Manager (TM), that he was inundated with details and errands.
He said,
"Every time I've tried hiring people to take care of these
things, it never worked
out. Another part-timer just quit to take full-time work - right when I needed
him. But, I can't justify a full-time
person because it's a sporadic thing. Plus, I spent a lot of
time, just checking that they
did everything I wanted. Would your Virtual Assistant
thing work for something like this?"
Action.
The TM assured him that our program was designed just for this
and suggested that he try it and see how it works - then decide.
He agreed and was signed-up
for the program. When it was time to arrange the company's
quarterly sales meeting, the manager called his TM,
who immediately assigned a TVA to the task. She
handled reservations, notifications, confirmations,
lodging, travel, meeting rooms, and food
for the meeting - as well as sending salesmen agendas, area maps, and listings of
local interests and recommended dining spots.
Results.
After the meeting, the manager contacted his TM and said that he was pleased with
the service. He said, "Everything was done like I wanted and I don't worry about
someone resigning. It's actually a lot cheaper than what we
were doing. I've never seen anything else as good as this."

MAGAZINE
PUBLISHER.
|
Problem.
This company's H.R. Manager
contacted T-21 and said, "Details are killing us here.
We don't want
to add permanent staff for this type of thing, but we can't
neglect the details either. Your Virtual Assistant
program might
work here."
Action.
She enrolled in our TVA program, deciding to first pilot the program in her own department.
Soon, she and her staff were frequently using
our TVA services to: schedule interviews,
contact job applicants, verify information,
search for hard-to-find
items to buy, make follow-up calls, and find a new janitorial service.
Results.
After looking at the TVA Activity Log, she noted that their needs
were not smooth and required two people
at times and none at other times. The H.R. Manager commented
to her TM, "It's like I guessed; our work demands seem to cluster.
I can't economically maintain staff for
something like that. But, your Virtual Assistant thing
gives us help when we need it."
