T-21's REMOTE COMPUTER SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICE
WORKS.
This Service is almost like having an On-Call Assistant right there
with you - just when you need it.
There are two options for T-21
assistance:
Voice Assistance.
This is
the basic level of remote support, requiring you (or someone else at your location)
to follow
telephone instructions to make changes at
your PC's Keyboard. Our technicians maintain a profile of
your equipment and all software on it and inform you when and how
(step-by-step) to
make needed updates, changes, or repairs.
Computer Linked
Assistance.
This is the
second level of remote support. In addition to the (voice) services
listed above, this provides for
a direct computer-to-computer link-up of T-21's equipment and
your PC, via
telephone lines, so our technicians can perform virtual "hands-on" updating
and troubleshooting. It's a faster, more comprehensive, and effective solution
than voice assistance alone.1

TIME SET-UP Charge. Enters
your equipment and software into our database ($32/PC).

SERVICE
ACCESS Charge. Maintains staff, on-hand, during normal business hours, to
respond to your needs, locate the latest hardware and software updates
for your system, and maintain
your system profile. Only
$39/mo per PC (paid
quarterly).
[EXTENDED COVERAGE ACCESS. Additional
Access charges (per PC per month) are: $12 for Saturday
services, $18 for Sunday service, $23 for all Holiday
service, $32
for Week-Night service. See RATES

WORK
Costs. All
software installation,
updates, troubleshooting and other
work are billed on our standard 'Completed
Work Minute' (CWM) basis; (for more on this, click: CWM).

Ancillary costs, such as long-distance charges and mailing costs,
are billed at actual cost (no mark-up). Customers must ensure
a CWM balance sufficient to pay for estimated CWM work charges
(1-hour minimum level). Failure to maintain a CWM
balance, sufficient to cover required assistance will temporarily
suspend service for the account until the sufficient balance is
restored.

CANCEL
at Any Time.
You may cancel
service
as of any quarterly billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will receive
100% of any CWM balance remaining after
any work charges
up to the cancellation date.
