A small charge is billed quarterly to maintain T-21's Purchasing services on an
on-call basis ($29/mo.).
Services are performed during normal work days / hours.

WORK
Charges.
Work Costs for this service are computed on T-21's standard 'Completed
Work Minute' (CWM) basis; (for more on this, click: CWM).

Customers
must ensure a CWM balance sufficient to pay for estimated work charges
(minimum balance: 1-hour). Failure to maintain
an account balance, sufficient to cover ordered work will result
in a suspension of service until this balance is restored.
(CLOSE ENSUING PAGES AFTER VIEWING).

CANCEL.
You
may cancel at the end of any quarterly billing cycle and receive a 100% refund of
any CWM balance remaining after work
charges up to the cancellation date.

PAY
FOR WORK ONLY WHEN IT'S NEEDED.
