A T-21 Virtual Assistant (TVA) is a person (or a small Team) doing whatever you need, whenever you need it.

A TVA saves you time and money by providing on-call, intermittent / sporadic assistance, to take care of those important details.   It's  handyindispensable, and  cost-effective.   Busy individuals and organizations, wanting to keep their staffing lean, love this service.

T MAKES SENSE TO USE T-21's VIRTUAL ASSISTANT  SERVICE.

Almost all organizations (and many busy individuals) can profitably use our TVA service.   Think of it:  you only pay for help when you need it - in 1-minute increments.   When you don't need to use the service - your Work Cost drops to zero.   When you do need it, you pay only one low Work rate that includes all Pay, Benefits, Insurance, Employment Taxes, Equipment, Supplies, and Office Space.   TVA services for businesses are written-off, 100%, as an expense - and you incur  no other taxescosts or  liabilities - as you would with employees.

"The devil is in the details."   Details are important.   That's what T-21 Virtual Assistants are for.   If you hire full- or part-time employees for this work - they pose a relatively fixed overhead cost for you and they often react negatively to sporadic work loads with long stretches of unpaid work.   But, not at T-21.

At T-21, you only pay for work when you need it and there are no expectations of how much help you'll need or how often you call for help.   And, of course, your TVA's will always be here when you do need assistance.

There is only a small Access charge (billed quarterly), to have a TVA standing-by to help you, when you need it: 
 

TVA ACCESS TIME PERIODS  CHARGE
  BASIC:   Week Days, 7 am - 6 pm, PST

   $39/Mo. / TVA

      Saturday,  7 am - 6 pm, PST     ADD:  $14/Mo. / TVA
      Sundays,  7 am - 6 pm, PST     ADD:  $29/Mo. / TVA
      Holidays7 am - 6 pm - PST     ADD:  $29/Mo. / TVA
      Evenings - Nights,  Any,  6 pm - 7 am, PST     ADD:  $29/Mo. / TVA

 
At T-21, you only pay for work when you need help.   When you don't need services, your Work Cost drops to zero - yet you still have access to your own TVA, waiting to help you.

You may cancel at the end of any quarterly billing period and receive a 100% refund of any CWM balance remaining after all charges up to the cancellation date.

    Notes:

  • TVA  SERVICES ARE LIMITED TO ASSIGNMENTS THAT ARE LEGAL AND NOT MORALLY OBJECTIONABLE.   T-21 MAY REFUSE ASSIGNMENTS NOT MEETING OUR SERVICE CRITERIA AND PERSONNEL AVAILABILITY.
     

  • ACCESS CHARGES ARE PER MAXIMUM TVA's TO BE MADE AVAILABLE (e.g. - "1 PERSON AVAILABLE DURING STATED TIME PERIOD(s)"  ARE AT THE BASIC CHARGE,  "2 TVA's AVAILABLE"  ARE TWICE THE BASIC ACCESS CHARGE).   ALL ARE SUBJECT TO  NOTICE REQUIREMENTS     (CLOSE ENSUING PAGES AFTER VIEWING).

  • CUSTOMERS MUST MAINTAIN A CWM BALANCE, SUFFICIENT TO COVER ANY WORK ORDERED (minimum 1-hour) PLUS ANY APPLICABLE SPECIAL CHARGES.    ANCILLARY CHARGES FOR SPECIAL MATERIALS, TRAVEL, AND COMMUNICATIONS MAY APPLY IN SOME SITUATIONS.
     

    • ACCOMMODATION OF SPECIAL CUSTOMER NEEDS:   SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE  NOTICE REQUIREMENTS  IN EFFECT, ACCESS TO TVA SERVICES, ABOVE THE CUSTOMER'S PREVIOUSLY PAID ACCESS LEVEL, MAY BE ARRANGED IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.   IN SUCH CASES, THE ADDITIONAL QUARTERLY ACCESS RATES (ABOVE) ARE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF ORDER AND MUST REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR AT LEAST ONE CALENDAR QUARTER.    (CLOSE ENSUING PAGES AFTER VIEWING).
