when you feel that a situation requires it, your TM can form an
ad hoc internal advisory Team with other T-21 TM's to
confidentially examine the issue, then resume
the dialog with you.

HOW
T-21's ON-CALL MANAGEMENT and GENERAL CONSULTING WORKS.
To
establish a Consulting relationship with T-21,
you have only
to CONTACT
T-21
and a T-21 Team Manager (TM) will gather basic information on you and
your organization and register you for Consulting services.
Then, whenever you have a problem, just
contact them for help. When you don't need help, your
T-21 Work Costs drop to zero.
It's
That Simple and Flexible.
COSTS
of T-21's ON-CALL CONSULTING SERVICES.
There
is a nominal Access fee for the service: just $27/mo. - billed quarterly.
Access is then available during normal
T-21 business hours and days (CLOSE ENSUING PAGE AFTER VIEWING); however, the service can be arranged, by
appointment, for off-hours, weekends, or
holidays. You can use this vital service just when you need it or cancel it, effective at any quarterly
Access billing
renewal.
Work time is billed
on T-21's
standard 'Completed
Work Minute' (CWM) basis; (for more on this, click: CWM). Charges accrue from the actual CWM's
expended. Account holders are responsible to
maintain a balance sufficient to cover Work Costs incurred.
