VALUE OF  INTERMEDIATION.

The most effective way to settle any unresolved matter is by using a reliable, impartial Intermediary.   Whenever there is a  disputenegotiation, or a  large transaction - there's risk of interpersonal differences or misunderstandings clouding a settlement.   Then, it's best to have an impartial Intermediary, confidentially working between the parties to help settle the matter.   Regardless of whether the issue is something as simple as a claim not honored, a misunderstanding, or complex negotiations over a large transaction - it's the resolution that matters.   T-21 can help:

A T-21 Intermediary can work at the request of  one party  in a matter or  impartially on behalf of all parties  and always maintain strict confidentiality.   Our Intermediaries' goal is always Resolution.   Regardless of the issue - a neutral, trusted go-between can help find a mutually acceptable solution.

OW  T-21's  INTERMEDIATION  SERVICE WORKS.

T-21's Intermediary service provides a confidential neutral buffer between two or more parties in a dispute or transaction.   Since Intermediaries are not a part of a transaction or problem - they act in a professional, impartial, non-threatening manner.   This fosters more trust than someone who has a vested interest in the matter - and this trust can be a big help in any situation.

In some cases, a T-21 Intermediary is hired by one party to help settle an issue;  in other situations, all parties agree to an impartial T-21 Intermediary, to help forge a resolution.
 

In every case - the T-21 Intermediary Procedure Protocol calls for:
 

(1)  INFORMATION GATHERING.

The Intermediary's first job is to document the problem / situation by speaking, separately and confidentially, with each person or party involved and gathering supporting documentation.
 

(2)  COLLATION and VERIFICATION.

Their next job is to:  Sort-out the events, facts, and responsibilities,  identify the issues or data in dispute and any common ground,  and  confidentially verify these findings with each party providing the information.
 

(3)  COMMUNICATION.

The third task of the Intermediary is to impartially communicate to each party, the facts discovered as well as a listing of common ground and disputed issues.   (Note: only information, approved for release by each information provider, is communicated to other parties.)
 

(4)  NEGOTIATION and RECOMMENDATION.

The T-21 Intermediary then searches for and confidentially proposes alternative resolutions to each party, separately, in a "what if" format.   By alternately working with each party, individually, the Intermediary searches for areas of possible agreement.   This continues until a resolution is attained.
 

(5)  AGREEMENT DOCUMENTATION.

The final step is for the T-21 Intermediary to document and communicate the accepted resolution to everyone involved.
 

A T-21 Intermediary is Not an attorney, hired to fight for your side  T-21's Intermediary service is  the opposite of the legal system's adversarial process.   The goal of this T-21 program is to reduce conflict and fashion a mutually acceptable solution.   T-21 provides impartial, confidential solution-finder services that one or all involved parties can hire and, in which no one surrenders any legal rights.

Businesses' Customer Service Departments can provide T-21 Intermediary services to help settle disputes with service, products, or warranties.   Customers can use this T-21 service to help resolve a case for them.   Other times, by mutual agreement, all parties can share in this service, to help in a transition, sale, or dispute.

Regardless of who hires this service, T-21 Intermediaries are bound by a strict code of ethics;  every T-21 Intermediary must:

  • Keep Information Confidential (unless release is approved by the provider),
  • Be Impartial and Unbiased, Relying only on Facts,  and 
  • Maintain the Goal of Resolution in all instances.

OST-EFFECTIVENESS of  INTERMEDIATION NEGOTIATION / RESOLUTION.

This T-21 service can benefit everyone involved in a transaction or dispute.   The presence of a calming, unbiased, helpful voice can often remedy any situation.   It's always preferable to pursue an amicable solution, using T-21's Intermediation services, before resorting to costly legal proceedings.

The decision to use this service should depend on the value of the issue.   It won't pay to use a T-21 Intermediary to settle a $2 issue, but a larger claim or transaction may warrant it.   To determine whether this service is cost-effective for your situation:

  • Identify the value of the issue (in money / time / sentiment)
  • Estimate the success probability without Intermediation 
  • Consider the parties' differences and discord  involved  
     

Then, if the issue is important enough, this T-21 service can be very cost-effective for you and everyone else involved.

ETTING  INTERMEDIARY  NEGOTIATION and SOLUTION  HELP.

You can explore or start this service easily;  just  CONTACT T-21  and a T-21 Team Manager (TM) will help you decide if this Service is right for you.   You can also arrange for discussion of T-21 involvement with other parties in your matter as it's desirable to have everyone share in Intermediation.   Regardless of how the service is arranged - once approved, the T-21 Intermediary will immediately begin the process.

Note on Binding Intermediation:  On some occasions, when a stalemate has occurred, involved parties have agreed to have the T-21 Intermediary make a decision, binding upon all;  this is a relatively rare situation and is strictly voluntary.   Such arrangements are only accepted by T-21 if all parties request it and agree to abide by the decision.   T-21's decision in such cases is not legally binding and success depends on each party's willingness to resolve the matter and accept the Intermediary's decision.

OST of T-21's INTERMEDIATION, NEGOTIATION, and RESOLUTION.

In most cases, confidential intercession and creative solutions by a T-21 Intermediary resolve issues rapidly.   Other times, when interpersonal animosities or intransigence must be overcome, resolutions can take longer.   A simple issue may take from less than 1-hour up to 3- to 5-hours of Intermediary Work Time.   Very complex, contentious issues will require more time to resolve.
