Our General
Consulting service is used by a
number of our clients.
They find that
their T-21 Team Managers (TM's) are experienced and trained to be impartial, organized, and
thorough - giving our customers the advantages of an outside point of view.
The TM's ask questions, make observations, and propose alternatives, from an unbiased perspective - until the issues and possible solutions are well-defined.
Often, T-21 Consulting customers contact their
TM, just wanting to talk about a current problem or an upcoming decision
- to
gain perspective from a trained and experienced person who is uninvolved in
their situation. T-21's service is a very
economical way to get new insights to a current problem or plan.
Following is one example
of how T-21's Consulting service can help:
STORE
EXPANSION.

Problem. A dry cleaning store
had expanded
its operations to several locations over the prior two years.
Managing a chain of stores presented the owner with a number of unanticipated
problems. "I made some bad decisions last
week and I don't know what to do about it," his most
recent conversation began.
Action. The TM listened intently to the owner's description of the problems, took notes, asked questions, then separated the issues into categories and restated them in that context.
He next asked questions helping the owner to address the problem's similarities, causes, and potential consequences.
At several points in the conversation, the TM proposed possibilities the owner had not considered.
Results. In a
short time, the owner began to see his problems from a
different perspective and formulate some new ideas, enabling him
to deal with the situation in new ways.
With help from his T-21 TM,
he reexamined the issues and devised new plans to settle them.
Now, with major company expansion issues solved, the owner needs less
consulting help, but still calls, periodically, to gain
perspective on new situations.
