Cost is dependant on Project Size and Complexity;  the following outlines some average T-21 costs1 for three different levels of limited campaigns:

  Research only:   36 - 47 hours   (AVG.) 
 

  Research and Proposals:    53 - 84 hours  (AVG.) 
 
  Research, Proposals, and Ad Layouts:    60 - 110 hours  (AVG.) 
 

Implementation and Execution Cost averages vary with Media, Coverage, and Duration.   Larger campaigns with complete services will increase the averages.   Rates for outside media and other services vary with type and location.
