approved. This ensures that every pertinent aspect is
examined in "near-real-world" conditions. Prototype products and services are
process- or function-mapped, then examined by our Teams.
In addition, you can opt to have us perform outside Consumer Group Testing with
simulated modeling.

T-21's PRODUCT and SERVICE TESTING WORKS.

SERVICE TESTING.
T-21
can help you with our Team-based testing or we can
implement outside Consumer testing - regardless of whether yours is a
Plan, Prototype, or currently In-Use.

PRODUCT
TESTING.
T-21 Teams can perform tests of Existing or Prototype
products, by simulating the same conditions that your end-users
will experience, including user-manual validation. Following this
Team testing, we can optionally execute tests with actual end-user
groups.
When testing is complete, you'll receive a summary of test results, noting all findings, including
T-21 staff comments and recommendations.
In either
case, you can start a Test
program by CONTACTING
T-21, then your T-21 Team Manager (TM) will discuss your
needs with you. Your
TM may request any needed information from you, including
descriptions, designs, prototypes, products or manuals. On
your approval, a Test Team will be
assembled and immediately go to work. Your TM will
monitor the testing and report the results to you.
COST
of T-21's PRODUCT and SERVICE TESTING.
Listing general cost ranges1
for Product Testing is difficult, due to the
many variables involved (product / service type, stage of
development, purpose, and target audience). For Products requiring
a normal end-user to receive, set-up, and use
all features within 15 - 30 minutes, T-21 staff testing and reporting should range from
8 - 17 hours.
Testing of Products that require more corrections or take end-users longer to learn / execute will
require proportionately more Testing time. Additional tests on
actual
target audiences will increase
staff time significantly.

billed at T-21's standard 'Completed Work Minute' (CWM) basis;

accrue from the actual CWM's expended. Clients are responsible to
maintain a balance sufficient to cover any work costs incurred.
