HOW  T-21's  GENERAL TOPIC RESEARCH  SERVICE  WORKS.

T-21 can help you get the Research Information you need - just when you want it.   Whenever you want T-21 to perform a search, your TM will appoint a Team for your work and accurate information will be delivered to you rapidly, at the lowest cost in the industry.   It's simple and efficient.

• INTERMITTENT  Research Needs.   If your requests are infrequent, you can just  Contact T-21  and your T-21 Team Manager (TM) will discuss your requirements with you, whenever you need help.
   
• RECURRING  Research Needs.   If your requests for information Research are somewhat regular, you can register as a T-21 Research Subscriber and save money.   When you register, your basic information is kept on file, your orders are expedited, and your billing is discounted.
   

Look at the benefits:  You have your own personal Researchers, on-call, whenever you need them - but you pay for help only when you use it.   In addition, you don't pay for down-time, vacations, overhead, employment taxes, or sick-days.   When you don't need help - your Work Costs are absolutely zero.
 

 
COSTS of  T-21's GENERAL TOPIC RESEARCH.

Infrequent Research requesters need only  CONTACT T-21  whenever they need research help and are billed at our normal, low rates (links to billing and rates are below).

Subscribers, who routinely need research-based information, can subscribe to our service and receive expedited delivery at a discounted rate.   Following is more about T-21's Research Times and Costs:
 

• AVERAGES.   Research on subjects, listed in T-21's Subject Databases, is generally rapid, complete, and very inexpensive.   Average initial Research and raw-data Reporting time, for well-defined, limited-scope work, averages 35 - 130 minutes of Work Time.   Broad, in-depth, esoteric subjects, or efforts requiring collation, analysis, or extensive reporting will increase Work Time.
   
• OBSCURE SUBJECTS, PRELIMINARY RESEARCH.    For some obscure subjects, your TM may suggest a small Preliminary search, to save you money by determining if there are sufficient information sources to justify a more in-depth effort.   The cost of a Preliminary Search and Report is based on our Completed Work Minute schedule, with a 25-minute minimum.   If this Preliminary Search indicates that there is sufficient information available, you may opt for a more in-depth effort.   Then, the decision to proceed, change, or cancel is yours.
   

• BILLING.   Job estimates are provided in good faith, but all Work Time billing accrues from the actual 'Completed Work Minutes' (CWM's) expended;  (for more on this, click:  CWM).   To help our customers stay within their budgets, T-21 allows any requestor to place a Time Limit Order on any work, prior to initiation.

If you require Research on a more regular basis, you can register as a T-21 Research Subscriber.   Then all of your requests are expedited and you save 10% on every General Research request, during your subscription period.    [T-21 recommends Subscription only for requestors, averaging more than 4 hours of General Research per month.   There are no minimum or maximum research time requirements for subscription customers.]

Subscription cost is $18.75 / month - billed quarterly.   During the subscription period - all of your information is maintained in our files, your Requests are expedited, and you receive a 10% Discount on all General Research work.   Subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of any six-month subscription period.   If you wish to Subscribe, please  CONTACT T-21.
