DEFINITION: T-21 SPECIAL SERVICES.
Accomplishing
unusual
/ ad hoc tasks is more difficult and less efficient than performing
routine
jobs. Learning and accomplishing
non-routine or one-time tasks distracts you from your
primary business focus and main
objectives; this can be very costly. But, sometimes we
all have to deal with
these occurrences. T-21 can help.
T-21's Special Services are
custom-tailored to your unique requirements, short- or
long-term. Regardless of whether your organization is large or small, these services
can provide support for needs, not routinely or
efficiently provided by your basic organizational structure.

T-21's SPECIAL SERVICES?
The
short answer is: anyone needing support for a unique task or
project. The only limits to
these services are that they must be functions that: T-21 is able to
establish,
manage, and operate, are legal under all applicable laws, and not morally objectionable or
offensive. Otherwise . .

HOW
T-21's SPECIAL SERVICES WORKS.
The first step is to
CONTACT
T-21
and a T-21 Team Manager (TM) will review your needs and budget,
and propose an initial plan to investigate, analyze, and cost-out possible solutions.
If you decide to proceed, your TM will establish a
Development Team for preliminary research and design work -
and, if applicable, production of a detailed proposal, including recommendations and estimated operational costs.
T-21 cannot, in
advance, guarantee to establish any requested service, as our policy
limits acceptance of work to only those projects with a reasonable
expectation of success. However,
if the Special Project is
feasible and cost-effective, you can then decide to proceed or
cancel, with no further obligation.
COST
of T-21's SPECIAL TAILORED SERVICES.
There is
no cost to learn more about this service. Each Special Services project is custom-tailored to meet unique customer needs, so no
two plans or costs will ever be the same. Costs for
researching and drafting a formal, detailed Service Proposal for
a simple project start at $240 and are higher for larger, more complex
proposals.
Costs for some
exploratory proposals may be quoted on a fixed-cost basis while other
work will be billed on T-21's standard 'Completed Work Minute'
(CWM) basis; (for more on this, click: CWM).
Charges will
accrue from the actual CWM's expended. Clients are responsible to maintain a balance sufficient to cover any

T-21 study and propose a specific operational plan, your TM will assemble a
Project Development Team to perform the analysis and cost estimates
and deliver a formal report or proposal. If you choose to implement
a proposed plan, a T-21 Operational Team will assume responsibility for
its routine functions.
