T-21 Copyright Protection Service Fees
 

T-21's Content Protection fees comprise a one-time Program Access fee of just $9.90 (U.S.)  then only a low fee for each individual item registered and for archiving (see below).   T-21's flexible plan allows you to register one item or a thousand with just the one program registration fee and a small per item charge.

CERTIFICATION2

On Registrant's request, T-21 will produce original documents or copies of any Registered Works, complete with a Notarized Registration Statement, indicating Registration Date as well as Registrant Name and address.4

T-21 REGISTRATION  DOCUMENTATION  NOTICE

An optional T-21 Registration Notice informs others of your Original Works Registration with T-21;  it may be included in your Web Pages and other distributed versions of Registered materials and may be invaluable in deterring theft.   T-21 Registrants of any original work may opt for a custom Registration Notice to be provided in either printable or Internet-ready Image formats.

CONTENT  REMOVAL  ASSISTANCE

T-21 can help identify the ISP / Web Host of Web Sites, using purloined online material, and issue a demand for removal.   To initiate this, just  CONTACT T-21  and your T-21 Team Manager will work with you to help enforce your rights.

Not all demands for circulation removal of stolen material require a notarized statement.   In many cases, T-21's Demand Letters / E-Mails are preferred and less expensive (usually $12 - $19).

T-21 work time for items not covered in the rates quoted above is billed on T-21's standard 'Completed Work Minute' (CWM) basis;  (for more on this, click:  CWM).   These charges will accrue from the actual CWM's expended.  Clients are responsible to maintain a balance sufficient to cover any fees or work costs incurred.   CWM Rates for this and other T-21 services may be viewed by clicking:  T-21 Rates.   For more on T-21 Charges, click:  T-21 Payment Policy.    (CLOSE ENSUING PAGES AFTER VIEWING).

1 An "Item" (above) is defined as one contiguous block of text or one specific Graphic File.   Items of unusual length / size / complexity may require special price quotes.   [Order minimum of $7.00 applies.]

5 All prices quoted are current but are subject to change at a future date.   Rates will be honored for up to 30 days after quote date.   Notices for annual Archive fees will be sent by T-21  on anniversary dates by e-Mail.   Failure to pay annual Archive fees will result in suspension of service and removal and destruction of archived items and records.
