Translation Limitations.   Although many of our staff know second languages, T-21 does not translate English to other languages for publication, legal, or other critical purposes, due to insufficient knowledge of foreign idioms, colloquialisms, and other nuances.

It's very simple and economical to use T-21's services.   No matter where you are located, just  CONTACT T-21  and describe your needs to your T-21 Team Manager (TM).   Your TM will evaluate your situation and provide:  Information about how T-21 can help you,  Cost Estimates, and  Answers to your questions.

T-21 Editors can quickly convert and optimize your text for an American audience.   When you are ready, T-21's Editors can examine your text or documents and make further evaluations, estimates, and/or recommendations.   Once you authorize translation or revision work, your T-21 Team will go to work for you.   Your Team Manager will keep you informed of the progress and deliver text drafts for your approval as well as the final product.

Basic Language Translation.

The standard cost for basic Text Translation is  $19.95  per 1000 translated words, submitted as a ".txt" e-Mail attachment or on CD / DVD.   Translation from printed media, unfamiliar colloquialisms, idioms, or other non-standard text, and other ancillary services will increase cost.   (NOTE:  If you don't need to use T-21's Translation services, you may submit text in "rough-draft English" form for Editing.)
 

Editing for Effectiveness With American Audiences.¹

Once text has been submitted in or translated to basic English, T-21's Editors refine and shape your message for American viewers.   Every project is different, so costs vary, depending on required alterations.   The following illustrates average costs per 1000 words in three different categories of difficulty:

• MINIMAL  Editing of Syntax / Spelling  . . . . .   $9 -  $18

• EXTENSIVE  Editing of Syntax / Spelling  . . .  $19 - $28

• REWRITE - Restructure / Rewrite  . . . . . . . .   $29 - $48
   

These ranges are only averages for exemplification purposes.   On your request, you may receive a cost estimate for your job, once our Language Editors assess your documents.   Remember - there is NO Cost, Obligation, or Sales Pressure, when you explore what T-21 can do for you.   And rest assured that our costs are the lowest in the industry.
