#2. MONITORING.
GOAL: This service monitors your Web Site, to ensure its continuous successful operation. A Web Site must be monitored because Internet success demands a Web Site - accessible "24 / 7." But, things do go wrong, including:

#1. TESTING and ASSESSMENT Costs. 1
Testing cost is dependent on: the volume of material, number of processes to be reviewed, and the amount and complexity of problems detected. At your option, T-21 can review all parts of your Web Site, selected portions or processes, or only certain aspects (e.g. - only Billing or Customer Service).
You'll always receive a guaranteed cost rate - no matter what T-21 services you choose - no surprises. Remember:

#2. MONITORING Costs. 1
Costs vary, according to the quantity, depth, and frequency of the Monitoring sessions. [For example: Verifying all pages and all functions, many times per day, is much more expensive than just performing a check, twice per day, that a Home Page is resolving properly.] Following are the basics of this program:
Small - Medium Sized Web Sites. Simple daily DNS checking (Home Page appearing correctly) plus more in-depth verification one to three times per week is usually appropriate.
Larger, Traffic-Intensive Web Sites. For Web Sites that find even a half-hour of downtime very costly - comprehensive checking, several times per day, is often required.
A one-time program Registration fee of $28 initiates the Monitoring program (larger, more complex services cost more).
Verification programs for small to medium Web Sites (i.e. - daily basic DNS verification, with weekly in-depth review) can start at just $39.99/week (depending on the size and complexity of work). Higher-level Services will increase cost.
Services over and above monitoring and notification (e.g. - Problem Analysis or Remediation) are also optionally available on a CWM basis (see below).
